A few weeks ago, Ronak and Anushree contacted us to do their wedding cake. Their wedding colors were Purple and Gold. After meeting with them and going over cake designs that the bride and groom liked, we came up with the cake design. We modified the original design to incorporate different elements from all the cakes they liked. We included some Cabbage Roses and Peonies with Gold Centers made from sugar paste. We also incorporated the monogram from their invitation.
The flavors included were Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Buttercream, Chocolate with Mango Buttercream, Vanilla with Fresh Strawberries and Vanilla Buttercream and Vanilla with Raspberry Chambord Buttercream. We delivered the cake to the Newark Sheraton. These pictures were taken at the venue.
