Harry Potter Cake Pops

About 2 weeks ago, we were contacted by Charlotte to create some cake pops for her daughters Harry Potter themed birthday.  We have already worked with Charlotte once before and had a great time creating the PopCorn Tub cake pops and were very excited when she contacted us with this request.  Right of the back, we knew that we wanted to create some Golden Snitches and the Hogwarts Sorting Hats.  A friend then suggested we also make some Harry Potter's and his owl, Hedwig.  We started working on the order right away, and were very excited to see the finished pops. The flavors included Vanilla Cake with Vanilla Buttercream, Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache and Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Buttercream.  The order was delivered to Long Beach Island, New Jersey.
